I see this rebel energy in cinema's heroes, standing out from the crowd, commanding the centre of the frame. Watching the rise and fall of WeWork (WeCrashed, 2022) and its magnetic founder Adam Neumann recently, I witnessed that contagious maverick spark again. Adam barrelled forward with almost delusional faith in his vision - it was enthralling to behold. In my childhood, Jack Kerouac's "On The Road" lit my imagination on fire.
